Stand up the Committee
Ratify the Champions slate, confirm decision rights, and publish the open decisions log so every employee-owner can see what is being worked.
Leadership & Champions
This is the leadership and Champions layer. It holds the committee, the open decisions, and the detail behind the policy. Most employees never need this page.
Part 3 — Your AI Champions
The Champions are here to help you get value from AI and to share what is working across PRO. They are your first stop, not a gate. Nobody is ever in trouble for asking.

The First 90 Days
A simple sequence for the Committee and Function Champions to move from policy on paper to policy in practice.
Days 0–30
Ratify the Champions slate, confirm decision rights, and publish the open decisions log so every employee-owner can see what is being worked.
Days 31–60
Close out the CMMC and FCI access work, confirm the estimating and finance tool list, and finalize where client and bid data sits.
Days 61–90
Move from early wins to consistent practice — crew by crew. Function Champions report what is working, what is stuck, and what needs a policy update.
